The Story of the Hippie Bride

Remember how my roommate and I had a fun, random, mini-photo shoot a few weeks back? If not you can see some sneak peeks from that here.

Well, during this shoot we were feeling pretty inspired by our surroundings and her amazing outfit and eventually some typical head shots and other random shots turned into this…

Meet Hillary, the Hippie Bride.

Here’s how it all went down…

First, you can’t have a Hippie Bride without a gorgeous flower crown. (Please tell me you remember making these when  you were younger?)

Next, you’ve got to gather all of your bridesmaids to help you prepare for the big moment! In this case, Hillary’s bridesmaids are birds.

Unfortunately they aren’t very reliable creatures, so in this case Hillary was left without bridesmaids…she handled it well though 😉

Alright, once you get all jazzed up, it’s time for some bridal portraits!

And now, the moment you’ve been waiting for. The walk down the aisle! Just try not to cry too hard.

Now that you’ve got that ring on your finger, it’s important that you get some pictures of it.

And to end off the night…the bouquet toss, of course!

And there ya have it, Hillary’s hippie wedding! Much like a normal wedding but with a twist on the venue, flowers, and dress. 🙂
